Do you mind if I tell you a bit of my life story? It's way too sentimental, so let’s just get away from the drama instead, and I’ll tell you more about amazing, crazy stuff.

I was a Comm Art student back then who has literally no interest in visual arts or design. A kid who doesn’t want to go out of the box and was stockpiled in an era where everyone is fascinated by aliens and planets But everything does change. Life can be so unexpected sometimes that it can send you somewhere you never imagined you would end up. As for myself, choosing mass communication was a surprise that I never thought of but just happened. It was a big gamble as the course covers various fields, but somehow I managed to immerse myself more in the technical aspect of mass communication. In particular, having to feel this intense, deep affection towards visual arts and design—which made me who I am today, a multimedia designer—

Being a multimedia designer changed my perspective on life. I realize that there is something more fascinating than extraterrestrial things, and that is to be a GEEK of your own curious mind. It’s not as easy as I thought to translate everything you think about or are curious about into art, but if you’re passionate about it, you will create something you never thought of. Thus, I became this so-called "multimedia designer," and now I make a living out of it.

Nine years as a graphic designer, and I'm still looking forward to more years of headaches and more years of being a zombie. Yes, you read that right. "Being a zombie," I mean not literarily, but it’s all due to long hours of unnoticeable time and work, either because of deadlines, revisions, or the complexity of the work. It may sound off, but yes, this is so true (based on my personal experience). Nine years of mind-boggling concept and idea development led to the unending application of different stuff: color, font, shapes, vectors, filters, etc. Name it all; only a graphic designer knows.

Why would you even dare to do this for a living? Hell yes! I dare you to do this—not to kill yourself but to experience the adventure of a lifetime. Being a multimedia designer is like being in your own imaginary world, where you discover things that others fail to encounter. The thought that you’re the first means you have the choice to either share it or use it to inspire and influence others. I love doing it, and that explains everything. And just to rephrase it, being a multimedia designer is like killing yourself in a creative and significant way.
